Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců v provozovně vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům týkajících se problematiky odměňování, přičemž na základě těchto poznatků je ve druhé části analyzován současný stav systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Třetí část poté obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení tohoto systému odměňování. This bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system in the business premises of the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge related to the issue of remuneration, and on the basis of this knowledge, the second part analyses the current state of the employee remuneration system in the selected company. The third part contains the proposals for improving this remuneration system.
