Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování ve vybrané společnosti a dělí se na tři kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickými poznatky, které je třeba znát. Analytická část popisuje ekonomickou situaci společnosti, aktuálně nastavený systém odměňování, vnitřní a vnější faktory, které na sytém odměňování působí. Poslední část popisuje vlastní návrhy na změnu v systému odměňování dané společnosti. The bachelor thesis is focused on the remuneration system in the selected company and is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with theoretical knowledge that needs to be known. The analytical part describes the economic situation of the company, the currently set remuneration system, internal and external factors that affect the full remuneration. The last part describes own proposals for changes in the remuneration system of the given company.
