Bakalářská práce s názvem Oligarchizace bez oligarchy: analýza zpravodajského vysílání TV Nova po změně vlastníka se zabývá aktuálně velmi diskutovanou problematikou mediální oligarchizace. Oligarchický model vlastnictví médií je trendem současného mediálního vlastnictví. Výzkum vlastnictví médií odpovídá na klíčové otázky, kdo sdělovací prostředky vlastní a jak jejich prostřednictvím případně uplatňuje svou moc. V roce 2020 se mezi mediální magnáty zařazuje podnikatel a miliardář Petr Kellner s jeho investiční skupinou PPF. Ziskem mediální společnosti CME začíná spravovat veškeré aktivity nejsledovanější komerční televize v České republice, kterou je TV Nova. Touto investicí dosahuje Kellnerova PPF obrovského vlivu. Tato práce si na základě kvantitativní obsahové analýzy klade za cíl zjistit, zda se ve zpravodajství této soukromé televizní stanice objevují tendence k upřednostnění témat podporujících obchodní či jiné ekonomické zájmy skupiny PPF. Výzkumný vzorek práce tvoří převážně reportáže ze zpravodajství vysílané na televizi Nova. Stěžejní zkoumanou hodnotou pro výzkum je analyzovaný časový prostor věnovaný skupině PPF v porovnání se společnostmi konkurenčními. This thesis, titled Oligarchization without an oligarch: analysis of TV Nova news broadcasting after a change of owner, focuses on a currently highly debated issue of oligarchic media ownership. The oligarchic media ownership model is a trend in current media ownership. Research on media ownership answers key questions about who owns these means of communication and how power is potentially exercised through their ownership. In 2020, businessman and billionaire Petr Kellner ranks among other media magnates through his investment group PPF. With the acquisition of the media company CME, he takes control of all activities of the most watched commercial television in the Czech Republic, TV Nova. Through this investment, Kellner's PPF achieves enormous influence. Based on quantitative content analysis, this thesis aims to determine whether the news coverage of this private television station tends to favour topics that support the business or other economic interests of the PPF Group. The research sample of the thesis consists mainly of news reports broadcast on Nova TV. The key value for the research is the analysed amount of time devoted to the PPF Group in comparison to their competitors.
