Název: Vztah mezi dlouhodobou intervencí kompenzačních cvičení a silově-rychlostními parametry u mladých fotbalistů Cíle: Na základě diagnostického vyšetření sestavit kompenzační program pro intervenovanou skupinu za účelem zlepšení funkčního stavu pohybového aparátu a sledovat, zda tato intervence se projeví ve výkonu v daným motorických testech, které testují silově-rychlostní schopnosti hráčů Metody: Pro měření lineární rychlosti a zrychlení byl využít test "20-m linear sprint test", který byl měřen pomocí časových fotobuněk (Witty Timing Sytem). U tohoto testu byly sledovány průměrné časy všech skupinách na vzdálenosti 5, 10, 20 m. Dále s pomocí fotobuněk byl změřen 505 agility test pro určení rychlosti změny směru u hráčů. Posledním testem byl "Standing broad/long jump" měřen metodou (Laser-method measurement SDJ) pomocí laserového optického dálkoměru (Mestek GR20). Pro určení normality dat byl využit Shapiro-Wilk test, jehož výsledky nezamítají normalitu dat. Pro statistickou analýzu byl využit párový T-test dat mezi jednotlivými měřeními u jednotlivých skupin. Pro zápis dat a jejich následné analýzy byly využity softwary MS Excel a Jamovi. Výsledky: Intervenovaná skupina v testu 20-m linear sprint zlepšila svůj průměrný čas na 5 m o 0,07 s (p < 0,001; d = 1,763), 10 m o 0,31 s (t = 14,026; p... Title: Relationship between long-term compensatory exercise intervention and strength- velocity parameters in young football players Objectives: Based on the diagnostic examination, compile a compensation program for the intervened group in order to improve the functional state of the locomotor apparatus and monitor whether this intervention is reflected in the performance in the given motor tests that test the strength-speed abilities of the players Methods: The "20-m linear sprint test" was used to measure linear speed and acceleration, which was measured using time photocells (Witty Timing System). In this test, the average times of all groups were monitored at distances of 5, 10, 20 m. Furthermore, with the help of photocells, a 505 agility test was measured to determine the speed of the players' change of direction. The last test was "Standing broad/long jump" measured by the method (Laser-method measurement SDJ) using a laser optical range finder (Mestek GR20). To determine the normality of the data, the Shapiro-Wilk test was used, the results of which do not reject the normality of the data.
