Název: Vztah vnímané kvality života, sportovní angažovanosti a psychické odolnosti u para plavců Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda vybrané vlastnosti z oblasti psychické odolnosti (resilience, hardiness, grit) souvisejí s vnímáním kvality života a sportovní angažovaností u para plavců. Dále pak zda můžeme na základě těchto vlastností predikovat kvalitu života a sportovní angažovanost. Metody: Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 31 dospělých respondentů (13 žen, 18 mužů) ve věku od 19 do 59 let (průměrný věk 29,2 ± 8,5 let), kteří se věnují para plavání. Data byla získávána na základě dotazníku zaměřeného na obecné informace, životní spokojenost, grit, resilienci, sportovní angažovanost a hardiness (Martin et al., 2015), přeloženého do českého jazyka Jiskrovou (2019). Výsledky: Životní spokojenost (LS) statisticky významně korelovala s resiliencí (r=0,61) a hardiness (r=0,41). Sportovní angažovanost (SE) byla ve statisticky významném vztahu pouze s hardiness (r=0,46). Životní spokojenost můžeme na základě regresní analýzy nejlépe predikovat z resilience, která vysvětluje LS z cca 37 %. SE lze predikovat pouze na základě hardiness, přičemž tato vlastnost může vysvětlovat SE z cca 21 %. Klíčová slova: tělesné postižení, para sport, odolnost, psychická vytrvalost, grit, resilience,... Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to investigate whether selected traits in the area of psychology (resilience, hardiness, grit) are related to perceived quality of life and sport engagement of para swimmers. Furthermore, whether we can predict quality of life and sport engagement based on these characteristics. Methods: Thirty-two adult respondents (13 females, 18 males), aged 19 to 59 years (mean age 29.2±8.5 years), participated in a survey. Data were collected using a questionnaire focusing on general information, life satisfaction, grit, resilience, sport commitment and hardiness (Martin et al., 2015), which was translated into czech by Jiskrova (2019). Results: Life satisfaction (LS) is statistically significantly correlated with resilience (r=0.61) and hardiness (r=0.41). Sport engagement (SE) was only statistically significantly correlated with hardiness (r=0.46). Life satisfaction, based on regression analysis, can be best predicted from resilience, which explains LS from about 37 %.
