Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na měření a hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku ZEMAS AG, a.s. v letech 2017 až 2021. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy a potřebné ukazatele. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu zvolené společnosti pomocí metod popsaných v první části a porovnání výsledků s konkurenčním podnikem. Následuje poslední část, ve které jsou představeny návrhy na zlepšení situace podniku. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of the company ZEMAS AG, a.s. between 2017 and 2021. The work consists of three parts. In the first part, the theoretical starting points are defined, where the individual methods of financial analysis and the necessary indicators are described. The second part focuses on the analysis of the chosen company using the methods described in the first part and comparing the results with the competing company. The last part follows, in which proposals for improving the company's situation are presented.
