Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců v pobočce vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou za pomoci odborné literatury vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Analytická část se zabývá hodnocením současného systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Na základě jednotlivých analýz jsou v návrhové části navrženy změny současného systému odměňování, které v praxi povedou ke zlepšení systému odměňování a k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců v pobočce. The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee remuneration in the branch of the selected company. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of the employee remuneration system are defined with the help of literature. The analytical part deals with the evaluation of the current employee remuneration system. Based on individual analyses, the design part proposes changes to the current remuneration system that will lead to an improvement of the remuneration system in practice and to greater employee satisfaction in the branch.
