Diplomová práce se rozděluje na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V části teoretické se práce zaobírá základními informacemi o kožním onemocnění akné. Tato část obsahuje obecné poznatky o kůži a o pleti, dále informace konkrétně o acne vulgaris, faktorech vzniku akné, léčbě akné, o přírodní kosmetice a o vnímání akné u dívek na středních školách. Teoretická část také poskytuje rady k prevenci tohoto onemocnění a dále k následné léčbě kožního onemocnění akné. Záměrem této práce je poukázat na problematiku akné na středních školách, seznámit čtenáře s tímto častým onemocněním a poskytnout alternativy léčby a také prevence. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části bylo zjistit, jaké informace mají dívky na středních školách o akné. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá současným výskytem akné u dívek na středních školách, konkrétně ve městě Plzeň. Tato část byla zpracovávána za pomocí dotazníkového šetření, ze kterého po jeho vyhodnocení vyplývá, že z 94 středoškolských respondentek trpí 89 dívek na střední škole onemocněním akné. Dále z dotazníku vyplynulo, že 72 respondentek si myslí, že akné je infekčním onemocněním. Každá z dívek se v rámci dotazníkového šetření měla možnost vyjádřit vlastními slovy o akné, respektive o tom, co pro ně akné znamená. Dle jejich vyjádření lze vyvodit závěr, že mnoho dívek... The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic information about the skin disease acne. This part includes general knowledge about the skin and the skin care, as well as information specifically about acne vulgaris, factors of acne treatment, natural cosmetics and obviously to find out what is actually a perception of the girls in secondary school about acne. The theoretical part also provides advice on the prevention of the disease as well as on the subsequent treatment of acne skin disease.The aim of this is to highlight the issue of acne in secondary schools, to familiarize the reader with this common acne disease and to provide treatment alternatives as well as prevention. The main objective of the research part was to find out what information girls in secondary schools have about acne. The practical part od the diploma thesis deals with the current prevalence of acne in girls in secondary schools, specifically in the city of Pilsen. This part was processed by a questionnaire survey, which after its evaluation shows that out of 94 secondary school respondents, 89 girls in secondary school suffer from acne.
