Analýza sociálních kompetencí u učitelů základních škol Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou sociálních kompetencí u učitelů základních škol. Cílem práce je porovnat sociální kompetence u vybrané skupiny respondentů. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu sociálních kompetencí ve vztahu k učitelské profesi, se zaměřením na obecnou charakteristiku problematiky sociálních kompetencí. Dále pak samotnému významu a roli sociálních kompetencí. Ve stručnosti je charakterizována námi využitá výzkumná metoda a obecná charakteristika profese učitele a učitelství z hlediska osobnostních požadavků. Praktickou část tvoří výsledky standardizovaného dotazníkového šetření pomocí testu Inventáře sociálních kompetencí-ISK. (Hoskovcová, Vašek, 2017) Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjistit, nalézt a porovnat odlišnosti v sebehodnocení úrovně dosažených sociálních kompetencí u vybrané skupiny respondentů. Položky ISK sytí 17 primárních škál, které můžeme spojovat do čtyř hlavních sekundárních škál. Mezi sekundární škály následně patří: sociální orientace (SO), ofenzivita (OF), sebeovládání (SE), reflexibilita (RE). Na základě výzkumu jsou formulovány závěry a doporučení, využitelná v praxi andragogiky a managementu vzdělávání. Samotná výzkumná část je realizována na vzorku 112 učitelů základních škol, z toho je 12 mužů (9 %) a 100... Analysis of social competencies of primary school teachers The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of social competences among primary school teachers. The aim of the work is to compare the social competences of a selected group of respondents. The theoretical part is devoted to the topic of social competences in relation to the teaching profession, focusing on the general characteristics of the issue of social competences. Next the very meaning and role of social competences. In brief the research method used by us and the general characteristics of the teaching profession and teaching in terms of personality requirements are characterized. The practical part consists of the results of a standardized questionnaire survey using the Social Competence Inventory-ISK test. (Hoskovcová, Vašek, 2017) The aim of the research investigation is to determine, find and compare differences in the self- assessment of the level of social competences achieved by a selected group of respondents. The ISK items fill 17 primary scales which can be combined into four main secondary scales.
