Diplomová práce pojednává o stresu a seberegulaci žáků ve školním prostředí. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou otázkou stresu, stresorů, projevů stresu a reakcemi dítěte na stres. Dále je definována seberegulace, relaxační techniky, konkrétní podpora seberegulace žáků a copingové strategie. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem wellbeing a rozvoj socio-emočních dovedností žáků. Závěrem je tato problematika ukotvena v systému základního vzdělávání. Jsou zde definovány třídnické hodiny, komunitní kruhy a průřezové téma Rámcového vzdělávacího programu. Praktická část se zajímá o stresové situace a seberegulaci žáků na 1. stupni v základních školách na Jihlavsku, přesněji zjišťuje a popisuje stresory a seberegulační techniky žáků ve školním prostředí. Obsahuje výzkumné šetření kvalitativního rázu zaměřené na zjištění informací o podpoře žáků ve stresových situacích a využívaných nástrojích pedagogem ke snižování stresu ve školním prostředí. K zisku dat byly použity metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a pozorování. K analýze dat byla využita metoda otevřeného kódování a k interpretaci dat metoda vyložení karet. Práce se blíže zaměřuje na popis stresorů, reakcí žáka na stres, využívané metody pedagoga ke snižování stresu ve školním prostředí a podporu wellbeingu. Praktická část nabízí doporučení pro speciálně... The thesis deals with stress and self-regulation of pupils in the school environment. The theoretical part deals with the general issue of stress, stressors, expression of stress, and the child's reactions to stress. It also defines self-regulation, relaxation techniques, specific support for pupils' self-regulation, and coping strategies. The theoretical section defines the concept of wellbeing and the development of pupils' socio-emotional skills. Finally, the issue established in the primary education system. There are also defined classroom lessons, community circles, and the cross-topic of the Framework Curriculum. The practical part is dedicated to stressful situations and self-regulation of pupils in primary schools in the Jihlava region, specifically identifies and describes stressors and self-regulation techniques of pupils in the school environment.
