Stěžejním tématem této práce je problematika žáků s nadáním a mimořádným nadáním a jejich vzdělávání v základních školách. Teoretická část práce se zabývá terminologií, modely nadání, charakteristickými projevy nadaných žáků, kognitivními i mimointelektovými znaky i specifickou skupinou nadaných dětí, kterou tvoří zejména žáci s dvojí výjimečností a podvýkonností. Rozebírá rovněž edukační a vzdělávací potřeby nadaných, poskytuje přehled legislativních podkladů, s tím souvisejících, a uvádí odborníky doporučované přístupy, které se mohou směrem k žákům nadaným v povinném školním vzdělávání efektivně uplatnit. Cílem výzkumné části je prostřednictvím dotazníků vlastní konstrukce analyzovat zkušenosti pedagogů - výchovných poradců - s nadanými žáky na základních školách v regionu Rychnov nad Kněžnou, zároveň analyzovat jejich postoje, přístupy a orientaci v problematice i to, jak probíhá nominace a identifikace těchto žáků a jak jsou podporováni při svém vzdělávání. Výzkum doplňují kazuistické snímky nadaných dětí, vzniklé na podkladě rozhovorů s jejich rodiči, které se orientují rovněž na přístup ke konkrétním žákům v kontextu nadání na základních školách. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na aktuální stav problematiky, která souvisí nejen s nominací a identifikací žáků s nadáním či mimořádným nadáním na... The central theme of this work is the issue of gifted and exceptionally gifted pupils and their education in primary schools. The theoretical part of the work deals with terminology, models of giftedness, characteristic manifestations of gifted students, cognitive and non-intellectual features and a specific group of gifted children, which consists mainly of students with double exceptionality and underperformance. It also analyzes the educational and educational needs of the gifted, provides an overview of legislative documents related to it, and presents approaches recommended by experts that can be effectively applied to gifted students in compulsory school education. The aim of the research part is to analyze the experiences of pedagogues - educational advisors - with gifted pupils at primary schools in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou region, through self-constructed questionnaires, at the same time to analyze their attitudes, approaches and orientation in the issue, as well as how nomination and identification of these pupils takes place and how they are supported in their education.
