Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh expanze stavební společnosti provádějící zemní práce těžkou stavební mechanizací na slovenský trh. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní části. V úvodní části je vymezen problém, definován cíl diplomové práce, uvedeny metody práce a postup jejího zpracování. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy dané problematiky. Analytické část popisuje současnou situaci společnosti a jsou zde zpracovány analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Závěrečná část obsahuje vlastní návrhy řešení. This master's thesis focuses on the proposal for the expansion of a construction company carrying out earthworks with heavy construction mechanization into the Slovak market. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part contains a description of the problem, a definition of the goal of the thesis, the methods used, and the action of the processing. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the problem. The analytical part contains a description of the current situation of the company as well as an analysis of the company environment both from the inside and the outside. The final part contains its own proposal for solutions.
