Práce se zabývá strojovým učením a aplikací v oblasti sumarizace videí. Sumarizace videa je oblastí zabývající se redukcí redundantních snímků ve videu. Práce obsahuje základní seznámení s neuronovými sítěmi a souvisejících dat. Dále popisuje základní architektury neuronových sítí. Nejvíce je kladen důraz na konvoluční neuronové sítě, které jsou v oblasti zpracování obrazu stěžejní. Dalšímu přiblížení podléhá matematická vektorová redukce PCA a popis euklidovské vzdálenosti. Teoretickou část uzavírají informace o K Means clusteringu. Implementace je poté realizována za pomocí frameworku Tensorflow s API od Keras. The work deals with machine learning and application in the field of video summarization. The thesis includes a basic introduction to neural networks and related data. It also describes the basic architectures of neural networks. The greatest emphasis is placed on convolutional neural networks, which are pivotal in the field of image processing. A further approximation is subject to the mathematical vector reduction of PCA and the Euclidean distance description. The theoretical part closes with information about K Means clustering. The implementation is then realized using the Tensorflow framework with API from Keras.
