Úvod: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zvládáním zátěže na covidových odděleních intenzivní péče u studentek, které byly zařazeny do pracovních týmů, kam byly povolány proto, že situace ve zdravotnictví byla velice vážná a chyběl ošetřující personál u lůžek pacientů. Cíle: Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zpětně reflektovat prožitky a zkušenosti, které studentky získaly během působení na covidových odděleních. Metodika: Jelikož autorka byla v pozici, kdy sama se studentkami pracovala na těchto odděleních, zvolila si pro svůj výzkum kvalitativní metodologii formou focus group. Analýza spočívala v provedení dvou focus group po čtyřech studentkách, které studují navazující magisterský obor intenzivní péče a v období od října 2020 až do května 2021 pracovaly na covidových odděleních intenzivní péče. Celá debata se zaznamenávala na diktafon v mobilním telefonu a následně se doslovně přepisovala. Přepisy si autorka několikrát pročítala a pomocí otevřeného kódování tvořila kódy, které následně rozřadila a utvořila z nich čtyři hlavní kategorie, které nejobecněji vyjadřují podobu problému. Výsledky: Výsledkem toho jsou tyto kategorie osobního vývoje, ve kterých autorka popisuje, jak se sestry bez praxe v intenzivní péči během krátkého času staly plnohodnotným článkem ošetřovatelského týmu a zvládaly samostatnou... Introduction: This diploma thesis deals with the topic of workload management at covid departments and work teams in which students have been assigned to. Those work teams have been created due to a very serious situation in our healthcare that have been experiencing significant shortage of critical personnel in hospitals. Goals: The goal of my diploma thesis is to reflect retrospectively all the experiences that students have gained during their work at the covid departments. Methodology: Since the thesis author herself has been a part of the covid department work teams as well as the other students, she has decided for a qualitative methodology of the research, using the form of a focus group. The analysis consisted of two focus groups including 4 students who are studying a follow-up master's degree in intensive care; and in the time period from October 2020 to May 2022 have worked in the covid intensive care departments. The entire debate was recorded with a cellphone dictaphone and literally rewritten afterwards. The thesis author has been repeatedly reading it thoroughly and with open coding has created four main categories that generally express these problematics.
