Diplomová práce se věnuje aspektům vzájemné spolupráce školních psychologů a Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí (OSPOD). Obsahem teoretické části je vymezení náplně práce jak školních psychologů, tak pracovníků OSPOD a definice jejich vzájemné spolupráce, včetně legislativního rámce. Teoretická část současně zahrnuje informace o společné cílové skupině obou institucí, dítěti v ohrožení. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní zkoumání. Nástrojem výzkumu je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Informanti byli školní psychologové (celkem sedm) a pracovníci OSPOD (celkem tři). Cílem práce je především prozkoumat, jak probíhá spolupráce školního psychologa a OSPOD a rozpoznat kritická místa v kontaktu těchto dvou institucí. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že je několik zásadních faktorů, které mají vliv na četnost a míru spokojenosti se vzájemnou spoluprací. Jedním z těchto faktorů je vzájemná důvěra mezi institucemi, přičemž vytvoření této důvěry může podpořit osobní komunikace zástupců daných institucí, například formou neformálních či formálních setkávání, kde dochází ke vzájemnému vymezení kompetencí, rolí v procesu spolupráce, nebo předávání informací. Dle respondentů spolupráci usnadňují specifické osobnostní charakteristiky jedinců. V případě, že není vytvořena osobní znalost a kontakt s konkrétním... The thesis deals with the aspects of cooperation between school psychologists and the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the work content of both school psychologists and OSPOD workers and defines their mutual cooperation, including the legislative framework. At the same time, the theoretical part includes information on the common target group of both institutions, the child at risk. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on qualitative research. The research tool is a semi- structured interview. The informants were school psychologists (seven in total) and OSPOD staff (three in total). The main aim of the thesis is to explore the way in which the cooperation between school psychologists and OSPOD is conducted and to identify the critical points of contact between the two institutions. The research shows that there are several key factors which influence the frequency and level of satisfaction with the cooperation. One of these factors is the mutual trust between the institutions, and establishing this trust can be enhanced by personal communication between the representatives of the institutions, for example, through informal or formal meetings where competences and roles in the cooperation process are mutually defined, or...
