Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou drogové závislosti, a to jak na obecné úrovni, tak i konkrétně u závislých matek s dětmi. V úvodu je představen základní rámec drogové problematiky, jak lze závislost definovat a také rozeznat. Dále pak pro celkový kontext tématu uvádím, jak je k drogové problematice přistupováno na mezinárodní úrovni a v rámci České republiky, včetně zakotvení užívání drog v české legislativě. V rámci prevence popisuji způsoby, jakými lze tomuto problému předcházet. Další část práce rozebírá problematiku drogové závislosti u žen. Zde uvádím faktory vedoucí ke vzniku závislosti, jaké další problémy se s užíváním drog mohou pojit, čím je závislost u žen specifická, a dále se přesouvám k dopadům užívání drog matky na dítě, přičemž zmiňuji i práva dítěte, které se v takové situaci ocitlo a jak je možné ho chránit před problémy způsobenými jeho matkou. V poslední kapitole se věnuji samotné sociální práci s drogovými uživateli, jaké konkrétní sociální služby mohou tito lidé využít, a nakonec se zabývám sociální podporou a reintegrací matek potýkajících se s drogovým problémem. In the introduction is presented the basic framework of drug addiction, how addiction can be defined and also recognized. Then, for the overall context of the topic, I present how the drug problem is approached at the international level and within the Czech Republic, including regulation of drugs use in the Czech legislation. In the context of prevention, I describe ways, in which this problem can be prevented. The next part of the thesis deals with the issue of drug addiction among women. Here I introduce the factors, leading to the development of addiction, what other problems may be associated with drugs use, what makes the addiction in the case of women specific, and then I move on to the effects of the mother's drugs use on the child, mentioning the rights of the child, who finds itself in a such situation and how it can be protected from the problems, caused by it's mother. In the last chapter, I describe social work with drugs users, what specific social services these people can use, and finally I deal with social support and reintegration for mothers, struggling with having drugs problem.
