Tato práce se zabývá subjektivním prožíváním moci pracovníků v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež. Představuje definice moci, přístupy k moci v sociální práci, použití moci ve vztahu ke klientovi, pojednává o pojmech kontrola a pomoc, bezmoc, zplnomocnění a autorita. Dále také zmiňuje definici, cíle a metody nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež. Cílem práce bylo odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku "Jaká je zkušenost pracovníků v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež s mocí?" Odpověď na tuto byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi pracovníky nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež. Pro analýzu rozhovorů byla použita metoda interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Z analýzy vyšlo, že zkušenosti s mocí pracovníci pociťovali převážně ve formě ovlivňování a rozhodování, a to jak ve vztahu s klientem, tak v pracovním kolektivu. Dále ji pociťovali při situacích, kdy udělovali sankce a nastavovali pravidla. Své zkušenosti s mocí vnímali i z pohledu sebe jako autority. Určitý typ moci prožívali i v podobě bezmoci, pomoci a zplnomocnění. This thesis explores the subjective experience of power of workers in low threshold facilities for children and youth. It presents definitions of power, approaches to power in social work, the use of power in relation to the client, and discusses the concepts of control and help, powerlessness, empowerment and authority. It also mentions the definition, objectives and methods of low threshold facilities for children and youth. The aim of the paper was to answer the main research question "What is the experience of workers in low threshold facilities for children and youth with power?" The answer to this was obtained through semi-structured interviews with four workers in low threshold facilities for children and youth. An interpretative phenomenological analysis method was used to analyse the interviews. The analysis revealed that workers' experiences of power were predominantly felt in the form of influence and decision-making, both in their relationship with the client and in their work team. Furthermore, they experienced it in situations where they gave sanctions and set rules. They also perceived their experience of power in terms of themselves as authority figures. They also experienced a certain type of power in the form of powerlessness, help and empowerment.
