Diplomová práce je zaměřena na význam zdravotní edukace pro psychosociální stav seniorů. Téma bylo zvoleno z demografického faktu, který ukazuje na zvyšující se počet seniorů ve společnosti. Cílem je analyzovat problematiku edukace seniorů na jejich zdravotní chování a přístup k péči o své zdraví, zároveň zhodnotit, jak tato edukace ovlivňuje psychosociální stav směřující k aktivnímu stárnutí. Práce je navržena jako teoreticko-empirická. V teoretické části se práce zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů dané problematiky a jejich vzájemnými vztahy. V této části byly použity analýzy odborných textů a literatury, která se danou problematikou zabývá. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zabývají oblastmi stáří a jeho specifiky ve vztahu k možným formám edukace. Praktická část je založena na shromáždění a analýze dat z dotazníků, které jsou zaměřeny na edukaci seniorů v oblasti zdraví a zda tato edukace má vliv na jejich psychosociální stav. The topic was chosen on the basis of demographic fact that shows the increasing number of seniors in the society. The aim is to analyze the issue of educating seniors about their health behaviors and attitudes towards health care, and also to evaluate how this education affects the psychosocial state during active aging. The thesis is designed as a theoretical- empirical one. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the explanation of the basic concepts of the issue and their interrelations. In this part, analyses of texts and literature dealing with the issue are described. The individual chapters deal with the topics of old age and its specificities in relation to possible forms of education. The practical part is based on the collection and analysis of data from questionnaires, which are focused on the education of the elderly in the field of health and on the question whether this education has an impact on their psychosocial state.
