Bakalářská práce se zabývá koncepty vnímané osobní účinnosti učitelů a jejich sociálními dovednostmi. Literárně přehledová část nejprve popisuje klíčové aspekty sociálně kognitivní teorie. Největší pozornost je věnována vnímané osobní účinnosti učitelů, která ze sociálně kognitivní teorie vychází. Tento koncept je popsán v kontextu proměny metodologie a proměnných na straně učitelů i žáků. Závěr literárně přehledové části tvoří kapitola o sociálních dovednostech s důrazem na práci učitele. Teoretické složky jsou propojeny v návrhu výzkumu, který si klade za cíl prozkoumat vztahy mezi dílčími složkami vymezených konceptů pomocí dotazníků SSI a USE. Závěrem jsou předneseny možné limity a úskalí. Theoretical part of this thesis describes the key aspects of the social cognitive theory. The greatest attention is paid to the teacher self efficacy, which is based on the social cognitive theory. This concept is described in the context of changing methodology and variables on the part of teachers and students. The conclusion of the literary review part is a chapter on social skills with an emphasis on the work of the teacher. The theoretical components are linked in a research design that aims to explore the relationships between the sub-components of the defined concepts using the SSI and USE questionnaires.
