Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na srovnání výskytu projevů vyhoření u vyučujících na tradičních a alternativních středních školách a identifikaci možných souvislostí případných odlišností. Je představeno téma pracovního stresu a syndromu vyhoření, včetně strategií zvládání stresu a sebepéče a specifik syndromu vyhoření u vyučujících. Poté jsou vymezeny tradiční a alternativní školy a představeny vybrané alternativní koncepce existující v české republice na úrovni středních škol. Na základě podobností mezi jednotlivými alternativními směry jsou následně v práci identifikována specifika práce vyučujících na alternativních školách vůči školám tradičním. Práce se pak v kontextu odlišností alternativních škol od tradičních vrací k tématu vyhoření u vyučujících a zabývá se aktuálními výzkumy. V práci je obsaženo empirické šetření, jehož cílem je porovnat výskyt projevů vyhoření u vyučujících působících na tradičních a alternativních středních školách. Projevy vyhoření byly u vyučujících zjišťovány pomocí dotazníku Copenhagen burnout inventory (CBI). Sledovány byly také stresové faktory vnímané vyučujícími jako nejvýraznější a metody sebepéče, které vyučující využívají. The topic of work stress and burnout is introduced, including stress management and self-care strategies and the specifics of teacher burnout. Then, traditional and alternative schools are defined and selected alternative school conceptions existing in the Czech Republic at the high school level are presented. Based on the similarities between the individual conceptions, the specifics of the work of teachers at alternative schools compared to traditional schools are subsequently identified in the thesis. In the context of the differences between alternative schools and traditional ones, the thesis then returns to the topic of teacher burnout and focuses on current research. The thesis contains an empirical research project, the goal of which is to compare the incidence of burnout among teachers working in traditional and alternative high schools. Symptoms of burnout among teachers were assessed using the Copenhagen burnout inventory (CBI) questionnaire.
