Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem mateřské školy „Koloušek“ s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první části jsem navrhl architektonicko-stavební řešení. Budova je samostatně stojící v Kohoutovicích u Brna. Mateřská škola má dvě hlavní třídy pro 44 dětí a třídu pro logopedii. Budova má jedno nadzemní podlaží, není podsklepena a půdorysně je řešena do tvaru „L“. je založena na základových pasech a konstrukční systém je zděný. Obvodová stěna je tvořena jednovrstvým zdivem, střešní konstrukce je z části tvořena prefabrikovanými předpjatými panely a z části dřevěnými vazníky, které vynáší extenzivní šikmou střechu. Nad zbylou částí objektu je extenzivní plochá střecha. Nenosné stěny jsou z nepálených cihel v kombinaci s hliněnými omítkami. Součástí dokumentace je stavebně fyzikální posouzení a průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy. Druhá část se zabývá návrhem TZB systémů. Hlavní prvky systému tvoří tepelná čerpadla vzduch-voda pro vytápění a chlazení, vzduchotechnika se zpětným získáváním tepla, chlazení fan-coily, LED osvětlení a FV panely. Vytápění je teplovodní podlahové. Koncepčně je řešeno nakládání s dešťovou vodou, které se využívá na závlahu zahrady. Ve třetí části jsem zpracovával projekt podlahového teplovodního topení ve fázi prováděcího projektu v celém objektu. Zajímavostí bylo navržení hybridních podlahových krytin v objektu, které kombinují výhody vinylu a koberce. This master ‘s thesis deals with the design of nZEB kindergarten “Koloušek”. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, architectural and structural design is proposed. The building has two classrooms for the total of 44 children and classes for speech therapy. The building has one above-ground floor with L-shaped plan. The building has concrete foundation strips and structural system is from ceramic brick masonry. An external wall is designed as single-layer masonry, roof slab is partly made of prestressed concrete floor slab and partly of a wooden girder, which support pitched extensive green roof above part of the building. The rest of the building is covered with an extensive green flat roof. The non–bearing walls are made of adobe blocks and clay plasters. The documentation includes a structural physical assessment and energy performance certificate. The second part I includes design of building services. The main elements systems of the system are heat pumps for heating and cooling, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, cooling with fan-coil, LED lighting and photovoltaic panels. In addition, rainwater is effectively used around the building for irrigation. In the third part I design project water underfloor heating throughout the building. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.
