Proměny jabloneckého exportu skla a bižuterie v první polovině 20. století PhDr. Petr Nový Abstrakt Jablonecké zboží (bižuterie ze skla, kovu či plastu a drobné skleněné výrobky) procházelo v první polovině 20. století díky politickým zvratům, závislosti na zahraničních trzích a charakteru sortimentu nejdynamičtější fází ve své historii. Jednalo se přitom o velmi výdělečný obor, který v pestrosti nabídky neměl ve své době na světě konkurenci a přinášel státu nemalé devizové zisky. Disertační práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První se zabývá obecnými i konkrétními otázkami spojenými s vývozem jabloneckého zboží ve vymezeném období. Sleduje jak obecný historický vývoj oboru, tak interakce mezi výrobou a exportem, včetně typů reakcí aktérů na zlomové situace. Obsahuje též dobová svědectví vývozců, kteří se ve vymezeném období věnovali zahraničnímu obchodu s jabloneckým zbožím. Druhá část disertační práce je věnována exportérům jako specifické skupině podnikatelů se zásadním vlivem na rozvoj celého oboru. Přináší jejich kolektivní biografii, jejíž součástí je též typologie. Pozornost je věnována nejen vlastní podnikatelské kariéře exportérů, ale i jejich společenským aktivitám a sítím. Důležitým doplňkem disertační práce jsou přílohy s daty k tématu jabloneckého exportu první poloviny 20. století.... Changes in Jablonec Glass and Jewellery Export in the first half of the 20th Century PhDr. Petr Nový Abstract In the first half of the 20th century, due to political upheavals, dependence on foreign markets and the nature of the assortment, Jablonec goods (jewellery made of glass, metal or plastic and small glass products) went through the most dynamic phase in its history. At the same time, it was a very profitable field, which in its time had no competition in the world in terms of the variety of the offer, and brought considerable foreign exchange profits to the state. The dissertation is divided into two main parts. The first deals with general and specific questions connected with the export of Jablonec goods in a defined period. It traces both the general historical development of the field and the interaction between production and export, including the types of actors' reactions to turning points. It also contains contemporaneous testimonies of exporters who, in the defined period, were engaged in foreign trade with Jablonec goods. The second part of the dissertation is devoted to exporters as a specific group of entrepreneurs with a fundamental influence on the development of the entire field.
