Tato práce se zabývá sociální konstrukcí expertního vědění v průběhu vrcholné fáze pandemie covid-19 (červenec 2020 až únor 2021). Jsou v ní představeny současné teoretické diskuze ohledně teorie nastolování agendy a paradigmatu rámcování, a jejich vztah k normativním úvahám o médiích. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum rozhovorů s odborníky na dvou důležitých českých portálech, v nichž jsou identifikovány mediální rámce metodou zakotvené teorie, a následně je proveden kvantitativní výzkum pátrající po zajímavých vztazích mezi identifikovanými rámci. This thesis deals with social construction of expert knowledge during particularly dire phase of covid-19 pandemic (July 2020 to February 2021). Theoretical debates regarding the theory of agenda-setting and the paradigm of framing are intruduced, as well as their relation to normative considerations. In the empirical part, qualitative study of interviews with experts running on two important Czech sites is conducted, media frames are identified through grounded theory approach, and quantitative search for interesting relationships between those frames is conducted.
