Sládková Petra, Ph.D. Název diplomové práce: Systém ergodiagnostických center v České republice a jeho fungování v procesu ergodiagnostiky z pohledu ergoterapeuta Abstrakt diplomové práce: Ergodiagnostika je proces určený osobám s disabilitou, při kterém se hodnotí pracovní potenciál klienta pro účely zaměstnanosti. Žadatelem o toto vyšetření může být Úřad práce, zaměstnavatel, nebo sám klient. Ergodiagnostického vyšetření se účastní interprofesní rehabilitační tým, jehož nedílnou součástí jsou lékaři, ale i nelékařské profese, včetně ergoterapeuta. Ergoterapeutické ergodiagnostické vyšetření je velmi důležitou komponentou celé ergodiagnostiky, kdy se jedná o časově nejnáročnější část ergofiagnostického vyšetření. Vyšetření probíhá celkem ve třinácti specializovaných ergodiagnostických centrech v České republice. Všechna centra musí splňovat personální, věcné i materiální standardy. Závěry z jednotlivých vyšetření prezentují odborníci z týmu na kazuistické konferenci. Výstupem z ergodiagnostického vyšetření je závěrečná zpráva, která obsahuje pozitivní rekomandaci, tedy to, co klient zvládá nebo by mohl zvládat. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jak fungovala centra v období pandemie Covid-19. Ke sběru potřebných dat sloužil... Title: System of Prevocational Assessment Centers in the Czech Republic and his functioning in the process of Prevocational Assessment from the perspective of the Occupational therapist Abstract: Prevocational assessment is a process intended for people with disabilities, during this process, the work potential of the client is evaluated for employment purposes. The applicant for this examination can be the Labor Office, the employer or the client himself. The prevocational assessment examination is attended by an interprofessional rehabilitation team, an integral part of this team are doctors, as well as non-medical professions, including an occupational therapist. The prevocational assessment examination is a very important component of the entire prevocational assessment, as it is the most time-consuming part of this examination.The examination takes place in one of thirteen specialized Prevocational Assessment centers in the Czech Republic. All centers must meet personal, substantive and material standards. Conclusions from individual examinations are presented by experts from the team at a case conference. The output of the prevocational assessment examination is a final report that contains a positive recommendation of what the client can handle or could handle.
