Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou speciálního pedagoga - etopeda ve středisku výchovné péče. Na základě rešerše v teoretické části a výzkumného šetření v části praktické chce poukázat na nezastupitelnost této role v preventivně výchovném zařízení, které svými činnostmi pozitivně působí na klienty s rizikovým a problémovým chováním nebo s poruchami chování. Těžištěm práce etopeda je spolupráce s rodinou klienta a posilování jejích kompetencí ve výchově. Teoretická část popisuje činnost střediska výchovné péče, jeho klientelu a pracovní kompetence etopeda jako pracovníka střediska výchovné péče. Práce dále konkretizuje několik typů nežádoucího chování a jejich příčiny vzniku. Výzkumné šetření na základě stanoveného cíle a výzkumných otázek analyzuje úlohu a působení etopeda v konkrétním středisku výchovné péče zpracováním dat, která byla získána realizací dvou etap vlastního šetření. První etapou byl rozbor vnitřní dokumentace střediska, druhá etapa zjišťuje pohled etopeda na problematiku střediska a vnímání vlastní role ve středisku metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který je následně analyzován prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Výstupem práce je profesiogram, který shrnuje výsledky šetření a přináší ucelený pohled na profesi etopeda v konkrétním typu střediska. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA speciální... The diploma thesis deals with the role of a special education teacher - etopedist at an Educational Care Centre. Based on literary research in the theoretical part and research in the practical part, thesis wants to point out the irreplaceability of this role in a preventive educational center, which with its activities has a positive effect on clients with risky and problematic behavior or with behavioral disorders. The focus of the etopedist's work is cooperation with the client's family and strengthening their competences in education. The theoretical part describes the activity of the Educational Care Center, its clientele with negative behavioral manifestations and the professional competence of the etopedist as an employee of the Educational Care Center. The work specifies several types of negative manifestations of behavior and their causes. The research based on the set goal and research questions, analyzes the role of the ethopaedist in a Center by processing the data that was gained by the implementation of two phases of the own research. The first phase was an analysis of the center's internal documentation, the second phase ascertains the perspective of the etopedist on the center's issues and the perception of his own role in the Center by a semi-structured interview, which is analyzed...
