Diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností škol, učitelů prvního stupně základních škol a pedagogicko-psychologických poraden Karlovarského kraje na inkluzivní vzdělávání nadaných žáků. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje současné legislativě a péči při vzdělávání nadaných a mimořádně nadaných žáků. Práce v další části popisuje Karlovarský kraj z hlediska jeho sociálně-ekonomické charakteristiky. Dále je podrobněji popsána školská politika a školství tohoto regionu, které má svá specifika. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá vzděláváním nadaných žáků. Cílem je popsat typické formy projevů, formy vzdělávání a jakou roli hrají školy, učitelé a pedagogicko-psychologické poradny při vzdělávání nadaných žáků. Důležitou součástí vzdělávání těchto žáků je také jejich identifikace, která je leckdy náročnější než samotné vzdělávání a může při ní nastat několik problémů. V poslední řadě jsou shrnuty školy a organizace Karlovarského kraje, které doporučuje Karlovarská síť podpory nadání pro vzdělávání a rozvoj těchto žáků. Cílem praktické části je popsat, do jaké míry je školství Karlovarského kraje ovlivněno vzhledem k jeho charakteristice vyplývající z teoretické části při vzdělávání nadaných žáků. Dále se práce zaměřuje na připravenost škol, učitelů a pedagogicko-psychologických poraden na... The diploma thesis deals with the readiness of schools, primary school teachers and pedagogical-psychological centres of the Karlovy Vary Region for the inclusive education of gifted students. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to current legislation and care in the education of gifted pupils. The thesis further describes the Karlovy Vary Region from the point of view of its socio-economic characteristics. Furthermore, the school policy and education of this region. which has its own specificities, is described in more detail. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the education of gifted students. The aim is to describe the typical forms of expressions of gifted pupils, forms of education and the role played by schools, teachers, and pedagogical-psychological centres in the education of these pupils. An important part of the gifted education is also their identification, which is sometimes more demanding than the education itself and several problems can arise during it. The last line summarizes the schools and organizations of the Karlovy Vary Region that are recommended by the Karlovy Vary Talent Support Network for the education and development of gifted pupils.
