ČJ Hlavním cílem práce bylo poukázat na důležitost primární prevence a její včasný začátek. Tento cíl přirozeně vyplynul z celého textu teoretické části a byl splněn. Dále v práci bylo zjišťováno a popsáno, co konkrétně pedagogičtí pracovníci zahrnují do svých činností, aby prevenci podpořili, zda se na primární prevenci nějak podílejí, zda mají zájem se na ní podílet, popřípadě jakým způsobem. Pedagogové v tomto ohledu před ostatními metodami upřednostňují upřímnou komunikaci, naslouchání a vytvoření důvěry mezi účastníky. Další nedílnou součástí cílů této práce bylo zjišťování konkrétních možností spolupráce pedagogických pracovníků s rodiči, poradnami, ostatními poradenskými zařízeními a odvětvími zabývající se tímto tématem. Použitou výzkumnou metodou byly semistrukturované rozhovory. Rozhovory byly kódované a kategorizované. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že pedagogičtí pracovníci mají možnosti spolupráce se širokou sítí odborníků a bylo zjištěno, že jsou s touto spoluprací velmi spokojeni. Dotazovaní pedagogičtí pracovníci považují metody za dostatečné a mají zájem aktivně se podílet na neustálém zlepšování svých dovedností v oblasti preventivního působení na děti. Tato práce splnila všechny vymezené cíle a poskytla mi další témata, kterým by bylo vhodné se dále věnovat. Jedná se například o metody... v AJ The main objective of this work was to point out the importance of primary prevention and its timely start. This goal naturally resulted from the text included in the theoretical part and was fulfilled. Furthermore, the work found out and described what specifically pedagogical staff includes in their activities to support prevention, whether they participate in primary prevention, whether they are interested in participating in it, and possibly in what way. In this regard, educators prefer sincere communication, listening and trust building between participants over other methods. Another integral part of the objectives of this work was to identify specific opportunities for cooperation between pedagogical staff and parents, counseling centers, other counseling facilities and fields dealing with this topic. The research method used was semi- structured interviews. The interviews were coded and categorized. The interviews showed that the pedagogical staff has the opportunity to cooperate with a wide network of experts and it was found that they are very satisfied with this cooperation. The interviewed pedagogical staff considers the methods to be sufficient and are interested in actively participating in the continuous improvement of their skills in the field of preventive effect on children....
