Východiska: S rozvojem adiktologických služeb ve vězení vyvstává také otázka péče postpenitenciární, jež usiluje o sociální reintegraci jedince vystupujícího z VTOS. Pro tyto klienty je v mnoha případech obtížné v životě na svobodě obstát. Společnost není schopna efektivně reagovat na komplexní potřeby těchto osob; klienti na svobodě mnohdy v důsledku neuspokojených potřeb selhávají, navracejí se k užívání návykových látek a páchání trestné činnosti. V této souvislosti je třeba se potřebám klientů po výstupu z vězení blíže věnovat. Cíl: Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat potřeby klientů, jež využívají specializovaných adiktologických služeb po výstupu z vězení, z pohledu poskytovatelů těchto služeb. Práce se snaží především upozornit na problematiku reintegrace osob po návratu z vězení v kontextu adiktologické péče. Byly stanoveny tyto výzkumné otázky: Jaké jsou potřeby klientů v období po výstupu z vězení? Nakolik poskytované služby odpovídají potřebám klientů? Jaké faktory po výstupu z vězení limitují možnosti naplňování potřeb klientů? Metody: Výzkumný vzorek tvořil 6 zástupců jednotlivých ambulantních adiktologických služeb postpenitenciární péče, do něhož byli záměrně vybírání vedoucí služeb či pracovníci s dlouhodobou zkušeností s touto cílovou skupinou. Background: With the development of addiction treatment services in prisons, the issue of post-penitentiary care also arises, which seeks the social reintegration of an individual leaving prison. In many cases, it is difficult for these clients to be successful in everyday life. Society is not able to respond effectively to the complex needs of these people; clients often fail due to unmet needs, they return to substance abuse and crime. In this context, it is necessary to pay more attention to the needs of clients after leaving prison. Aims: The aim of the work was to describe the needs of clients who use post-release addiction treatment services, from the perspective of providers of these services. The work tries to draw attention to the issue of reintegration of persons returning from prison in the context of addiction treatment. The following research questions were defined: What are the needs of clients after leaving prison? To what extent do the provided services meet the needs of clients? What factors limit the possibilities of meeting the needs of clients after leaving prison?
