8 Abstrakt Diplomová práce je zaměřena na konstrukci reakcí sociálních pracovníků OSPOD (Orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí) na dilema, zda zasáhnout, či nezasáhnout v situacích možného odebrání dítěte z rodiny a s tím související iniciování některého ze soudních návrhů na odebrání dítěte z rodiny. V teoretické části je objasněn pojem dilema, včetně jeho zasazení do rámce všedních dilemat. Dále se zde věnuji prostředí, v němž dochází ke vzniku konstrukcí reakcí na dilema, zda zasáhnout, či nezasáhnout, kterým je Ográn sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a v poslední řadě uvádím strukturu konstrukce diskurzu s využitím Geeho kategorií. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo odpovědět na základní výzkumnou otázku "Jakým způsobem konstruují sociální pracovnice a pracovníci vybraného OSPOD reakci na dilema zasáhnout, nebo nezasáhnout při iniciování soudního návrhu na odebrání dítěte z rodiny?". Výstupy ukázaly, co konkrétně sociální pracovníci vnímají v těchto nesnadných situací jako významné při jejich uvažování nad zmíněným dilematem. Dále výsledky výzkumu poukázaly na správnost postupů v uvažování sociálních pracovníků nad dilematem a zároveň možná pochybení, jež se mohou sociální pracovníci dopouštět, včetně možných důsledků z nich plynoucí. 8 Abstract The Diploma thesis focuses on the construction of the reactions of social workers of OSPOD (Authority of Social and Legal Protection of Children) to the dilemma to intervene or not to intervene in situations when they deal with cases related to the possible removal of a child from the family and the related initiation of a court petition. In the theoretical part, the concept of dilemma is explained, including its setting in the framework of everyday dilemmas. Next, I discuss the setting in which the construction of reactions to the dilemma of whether or not to intervene occurs, which is the OSPOD (Authority of Social and Legal Protection of Children), and lastly, I present the structure of the construction of discourse using Gee's categories. The aim of the research was to answer the primary research question - " How do social workers of selected OSPOD construct reactions to the dilemma to intervene or not to intervene when filing a court petition to remove a child from the family?". The findings showed what specifically plays a role in these dilemma situations for social workers in their thinking about the dilemma.
