Východiska: Ženy se při užívání návykových látek setkávají s problémy jako jsou stigmatizace, diskriminace, nebo menší sociální podpora. Když se žena stane matkou, její negativní vnímání okolím se stupňuje. Praxe ukazuje, že selhání ženy - uživatelky návykových látek v roli matky, vede k odebrání dítěte z její péče a v době její léčby závislosti dochází k přerušení kontaktu s dítětem. Opětovný zájem matky o dítě je zatížen komplikovanou minulostí spojenou s odebráním dítěte z péče matky, konfliktem rozvádějících se rodičů, obavou pečujících osob o dítěte, nebo nedůvěrou dítěte k matce. V tento moment je možné se obrátit na organizace, které jsou kompetentní problematiku řešit a zajišťují asistenci při kontaktu dítěte s rodičem. Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá navazování kontaktu mezi matkami, které úspěšně absolvovaly léčbu závislosti a jejich dětmi za využití služeb zajišťující asistované kontakty. Výzkumné otázky cílí na samotný proces opětovného navázání kontaktu mezi matkou - bývalou uživatelkou návykových látek a jejím dítětem za přítomnosti služeb zajišťujících asistované kontakty. V procesu asistovaného kontaktu se výzkum zaměřuje na přítomnost překážek, které by mohly průběh kontaktu komplikovat a jejich následný popis. Metodika: Celý výzkum byl proveden... Background: Substance addicted women face many problems such as stigmatization, discrimination or lesser social support. When addicted woman become a mother, this social-perception usually escalates. It is common that addicted women lose their status as a mother and are deprived of custody of their child, which furthermore leads to estrangement and decrease in mother-child relationship intensity. Mothers effort to regain her status tends to be more complicated in spite of her history, conflicts originating from marriage annulment, concern from childs guardians or lack of trust from the child itself. In situations like this, there are organizations that provide unbiased insight and are able to arrange assisted and monitored parent-child contact. Aims: Intent of this diploma thesis is to explore and describe the process of contact restoration of mothers, that successfully finished their addiction treatment, with their child using services of assisted contacts. Research questions aim to describe mainly the process of mother-child relationship restoration with mentioned services as a provider of environment for their meetings.
