Cílem práce bylo odhalit odlišnosti právě mezi učiteli ve městě a na venkově a porovnat jejich životní styl, zajímaly nás aspekty života obou skupin, jejich stravovací zvyklosti i způsob trávení volného času. Práce se věnuje zdravému životnímu stylu, jeho aspektům a vztahu k profesi učitele. Je tvořená částí teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části seznamuje s podstatou zdravého životního stylu, takže se zaměřuje především na to, co je vlastně zdravý životní styl a jak ho dosáhnout. Z tohoto důvodu bylo nutné získat informace i všech faktorech ovlivňujících zdravý životní styl, což je strava, pitný režim, pohyb, spánek, ale i psychická rovnováha a schopnost odolávat stresu. Tím se zabývá jedna z kapitol, která přináší také souvislosti mezi stresem a syndromem vyhoření a informuje o možnostech a technikách obrany proti němu. Výzkumná část byla vytvořena pomocí dotazníku, které sledoval život učitelů, jejich návyky a kvalitu životního stylu, porovnával rozdíly mezi pedagogy ve městě a na vesnicí. Poté, co byly vyhodnoceny dotazníky, byly tyto dvě skupiny porovnány mezi sebou a bylo stanoveno celkové hodnocení životního stylu učitelů. Součástí výzkumné části se staly také doporučení jak oběma skupinám pedagogů, tak vedení škol, protože i v jejich kompetenci jsou některé změny, které by mohly vést... The aim of the work was to reveal the differences between teachers in the city and in the countryside and to compare their lifestyle, we were interested in aspects of life of both groups, their eating habits and the way they spend their free time. The work deals with a healthy lifestyle, its aspects and the relationship to the teaching profession. It consists of a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part introduces the essence of a healthy lifestyle, so it focuses primarily on what a healthy lifestyle is and how to achieve it. For this reason, it was necessary to obtain information on all factors affecting a healthy lifestyle, which is diet, drinking regime, exercise, sleep, but also mental balance and the ability to withstand stress. One of the chapters deals with this, which also brings the connection between stress and burnout syndrome and informs about the possibilities and techniques of defense against it. The research part was created using a questionnaire that monitored the lives of teachers, their habits and quality of lifestyle, compared the differences between teachers in the city and in the village.
