Diplomová práce se zabývá učitelkami mateřských škol, které se věnují dětem ze sociálně znevýhodněného rodinného prostředí. Sleduje vliv učitelek na předškolní dítě z tohoto prostředí. Teoretická část zpracovává odborné poznatky o dítěti předškolního věku, přístupu učitelek mateřských škol k předškolnímu dítěti v prostředí mateřské školy. Zabývá se i sociálně znevýhodněným rodinným prostředím a jeho charakteristikami. Sleduje význam mateřské školy pro tyto děti. Zpracovává informace o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. V neposlední řadě se zamýšlí nad problematikou dalších pomáhajících profesí. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání zkušeností a postojů učitelek mateřských škol v souvislosti s dětmi z výše uvedeného prostředí. Odkrývá pohled učitelek na děti ze sociálně znevýhodněného prostředí ve smyslu jejich charakteristiky daného prostředí. Zabývá se docházkou dětí do mateřské školy a jejím významem pro předškolní dítě. Sleduje spolupráci učitelek s OSPOD i dalšími zainteresovanými organizacemi. V práci se zaměřuji na přístup učitelek k těmto dětem i jejich rodinám, sleduji zkušenosti a chápání této problematiky ze strany učitelek. Zabývám se problematikou o dalších možnostech spolupráce, které by byly učitelkám přínosem a které jsou z jejich pohledu nedostatečné. Všímám si osobních postojů učitelek... The diploma thesis deals with kindergarten teachers who devote themselves to children from socially disadvantaged family backgrounds. It monitors the influence of teachers on a preschool child from this environment. The theoretical part elaborates on professional knowledge about preschool children, and the approach of kindergarten teachers to preschool children in the environment of kindergarten. It also concerns the socially disadvantaged family environment and its characteristics. It monitors the importance of kindergarten for these children. It processes information on the social and legal protection of children. Last but not least, it considers the issue of other helping professions. The practical part is focused on examining the experience and attitude of kindergarten teachers towards children from the environment mentioned above. It reveals the view of teachers on children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds in terms of the characteristics of the environment. It deals with the attendance of children in kindergarten and its importance for preschool children. It monitors the cooperation of teachers with OSPOD and other organizations involved.
