Světelné znečištění představuje environmentální problém, k jehož důsledkům patří vyšší míra jasu noční oblohy, negativní vlivy na organismy a přírodní ekosystémy, degradace kvality života a možné zdravotní obtíže člověka. Světelné znečištění vzniká nevhodným zaměřením svítidel, příliš vysokou intenzitou umělého světla a svícením v nevhodnou dobu. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na změny světelného znečištění v průběhu noci. Hlavní pracovní hypotéza nepředpokládá výrazné změny světelného znečištění během noci. Literární rešerše diplomové práce popisuje přirozené i umělé vlivy na jas noční oblohy, změny světelného znečištění v čase, metody znázorňování světelného znečištění v mapách a charakteristiky zájmové území. Uvnitř zájmového území ve středních Čechách byla prováděna měření jasu noční oblohy pomocí jasoměru Sky Quality Meter. Terénní stanoviště byla vybrána tak, aby reprezentovala městskou, příměstskou a venkovskou krajinu. Na základě analýzy časových řad jasu noční oblohy byly rozpoznány tři typy chodu jasu noční oblohy. Nejintenzivnější změny jasu noční oblohy se projevily v příměstské krajině. Naopak nejméně intenzivní změny byly rozpoznány ve venkovské krajině. Dále jsou diskutovány vlivy světelného znečištění a dalších přirozených i umělých faktorů na pozorované změny jasu oblohy. Intenzita... Light pollution is an environmental problem, the consequences of which include higher level of night sky brightness, negative effects on organisms and natural ecosystems, degradation of quality of life and potential human health problems. Light pollution arises due to improper focusing of luminaires, excessive intensity of artificial light and lighting in unsuitable time. This diploma thesis focuses on changes in light pollution during the night. The main working hypothesis does not assume significant changes in light pollution during the night. The literature review of the diploma thesis describes natural and artificial influences on night sky brightness, temporal changes in light pollution, methods of visualization of light pollution in maps and characteristics of the study area. Within the study area in the Central Bohemia, there were executed measurements of night sky brightness using a Sky Quality Meter. The field stands have been chosen to represent urban, suburban and rural landscape. Based on the analysis of time series of night sky brightness, three types of night sky brightness courses were identified. The most intense changes of night sky brightness were proved in suburban landscape. On the contrary, the least intense changes of night sky brightness were proved in rural landscape....
