Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje systému odměňování zaměstnanců konkrétní společnosti a faktorům, jenž na něj působí. Je rozdělena na tři části. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétního systému odměňování a vnějších a vnitřních faktorů působících na něj. Požadovaným výsledkem analytické části je nalezení eventuálních nedostatků v daném systému odměňování. Proto se třetí část zabývá vypracováním návrhů a doporučení na odstranění vzniklého problému This bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration system of employees of a particular company and the factors that affect it. It is divided into three parts. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to the system of employee remuneration. The second part focuses on analyzing a specific remuneration system and the external and internal factors affecting it. The required result of the analytical part is finding possible shortages in the given remuneration system. Therefore, the third part deals with the development of proposals and recommendations to eliminate the problem.
