Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom projektu distribučného centra pre zahraničného zákazníka v Chile. Skladá sa z troch častí a to z teoretických východísk, analýzy spoločnosti a vlastných návrhov riešenia projektu. Prvá, teoretická časť sa venuje hlavne teóriám, ktoré popisujú projektové riadenie ako také, jeho historický vývoj, metódy, procesy, typológie a životné cykly projektu či riadenie projektových cyklov. V dalších dvoch častiach práce je popísaná vybraná firma, jej minulosť a tiež predmet, v ktorom podniká. Pre jej lepšie definovanie je použitá S7, SWOT analýza a Porterov model piatich síl. Ďalej následuje analýza konkrétneho projektu a postupy, ktoré boli pri jeho plánovaní manažérmi používané. The bachelor's thesis deals with project processing of new distribution center for a foreign customer in Chile. It consists of three parts, namely the theoretical basis, analysis of the company and own project solutions. The first, theoretical part deals mainly with theories that describe project management as such, its historical development, methods, processes, typologies and project life cycles or project cycle management. The next two parts of the work describe the selected company, its past and also the subject in which it operates. SWOT analysis is used to better define it. The following is an analysis of the specific project and the procedures used by managers in its implementation.
