The Use of Project Management Methods in the Selected Company

The bachelor's thesis deals with project processing of new distribution center for a foreign customer in Chile. It consists of three parts, namely the theoretical basis, analysis of the company and own project solutions. The first, theoretical part deals mainly with theories that describe project management as such, its historical development, methods, processes, typologies and project life cycles or project cycle management. The next two parts of the work describe the selected company, its past and also the subject in which it operates. SWOT analysis is used to better define it. The following is an analysis of the specific project and the procedures used by managers in its implementation.
