Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a návrhy na její zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část popisuje základní pojmy systému odměňování. Druhá část analyzuje současný stav odměňování, vnitřní a vnější vlivy prostředí působící na daný systém. Ve třetí části jsou vlastní návrhy na změny systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis is focuses about current employee remuneration and reward systems in a company and own proposals for measures to improve the current system of employee. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is describing theoretical information about remuneration systems. In the second part we analyse the current state of remuneration systems and external and internal influences that effect said systems. Last part will summarize our recommendations toward enhancing the current state of compensation systems.
