Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh opatření v systému odměňování zaměstnanců pro konkrétní oddělení vybrané společnosti. Rozděluje se na tři části. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska vycházející z odborných publikací, které se zaobírají tématem odměňování zaměstnanců. Na ni dále navazuje část druhá, která pojednává o analýze současného stavu systému odměňování a o působení vnitřních a vnějších faktorů. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní návrhy změn v systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of measures in the employee remuneration system for a specific department of the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part contains theoretical background based on professional publications dealing with the topic of employee remuneration. It is followed by part two, which deals with the analysis of the current state of the remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors. The last part of the thesis focuses on specific proposals for changes in the remuneration system.
