Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením informačního systému a následným návrhem změn. V práci je obsaženy analýzy aktuálního stavu podniku a podnikového informačního systému, která napomáhá určit chyby a nedostatky tohoto systému, které se následně snaží zredukovat a navrhnout změny, které by vedli k jejich opravám, nebo odstraněním a zvýšením efektivity provozu tohoto systému ve zkoumaném podniku ve kterém je systém zaveden. The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the information system and the subsequent proposal of changes. The thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the enterprise and the enterprise information system, which helps to identify the errors and shortcomings of this system, which subsequently tries to reduce and propose changes that would lead to their correction or elimination and increase the efficiency of the operation of this system in the examined enterprise in which the system is implemented.
