Tématem této bakalářské práce je obnova kulturní památky bývalého zájezdního hostince zv. Peklo v Tišnově. Předmětem návrhu bylo zhotovení dokumentace pro stavební povolení a části dokumentace pro provádění stavby na základě architektonické studie, která byla vypracována v předmětu AG035 Ateliér obnovy památek. Cílem bylo navržení obnovy objektu hostince, jeho nové funkční využití a návrh rodinného domu pro majitele. Mým hlavním konceptem je uvedení budovy hostince do co nejvíce intaktní podoby a její přizpůsobení soudobým požadavkům na novou náplň kulturního centra v kombinaci se zachováním hodnotných konstrukcí a prvků. Nejvýraznějším zásahem do vnější podoby objektu jsou dvě přístavby na západním průčelí, které v sobě skrývají hygienické zázemí a zázemí pro zaměstnance. Viditelná nadzemní přístavba je od objektu oddělena proskleným spojovacím krčkem tak, aby bylo i nadále možné vnímat původní podobu. Druhý přistavovaný objekt hygienického zázemí je propojen výtahem s nadzemní přístavbou, ale nachází se pod nově upraveným terénem, a tak k objektu z exteriéru viditelně přibývá pouze malý tubus se vstupem z dolního dvora. Objekt novostavby rodinného domu je od objektu hostince oddělen a objímá stávající sklep, jehož konstrukce bude zajištěna a začištěna a bude i nadále sloužit svému účelu. Sklep nebude sice patrný zvenčí, ale jeho hodnota zůstane zachována v interiéru jako skrytý poklad. Jedná se o pozemek v historickém jádru města Tišnov, kde bylo třeba vyřešit oddělení soukromé a veřejné zóny, terénní úpravy a napojení přístaveb na stávající objekt. Navrhovaný koncept pracuje s rozdělením pozemku na dvě výškové úrovně, které jsou vázány k historickému členění pozemku, na tzv. horní a dolní dvůr. Horní dvůr je pojat jako zpevněná plocha u severní hranice pozemku určena pro jarmarky, workshopy a bazary s možností parkování 3+1 (pro hendikepované) aut. Dolní dvůr tvoří převážně zeleň a je zděným plotem rozdělen na soukromou zahradu s domem pro majitele u zá The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the renewal of the cultural monument of the former coaching inn vol. Peklo in Tisnov. The subject of the proposal was the preparation of documentation for the building permit and part of the documentation for the construction on the basis of an architectural study, which was prepared in the subject AG035 Monuments renewal studio. The aim was to design the renovation of the inn, its new functional use and design a family house for the owner. My main concept is to make the inn building as intact as possible and to adapt it to the current requirements for the new content of the cultural center in combination with the preservation of valuable structures and elements. The most significant intervention in the external appearance of the building there are the those two extensions on the west facade, which hide the hygienic facilities and staff facilities. The visible above-ground extension is separated from the building by a glass connecting neck so that it is still possible to perceive the original form. The second building of the sanitary facilities is connected by an elevator to the above-ground extension, but it is located under the newly modified terrain, so only a small tube with an entrance from the lower courtyard is visibly added to the building from the exterior. The building of the newly built family house is separated from the building of the inn and embraces the existing cellar, the construction of which will be secured and cleaned and will continue to serve its purpose. The cellar will not be visible from the outside, but its value will remain preserved in the interior as a hidden treasure. This is a plot of land in the historic center of the town of Tišnov, where it was necessary to solve the separation of the private and public zones, landscaping and connection of extensions to the existing building.
