Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením návrhu projektu na zavedení CRM systému ve vybrané firmě s využitím nástrojů, technik a metod projektového managementu. Tento návrh bude podpořen využitím softwarového nástroje MS Project Professional 2019. Teoretická část práce je východiskem pro zpracování následující analytické části. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je v praktické části práce zpracován návrh projektu. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a project proposal for the implementation of a CRM system in a selected company using tools, techniques and methods of project management. This proposal will be supported by the use of the software tool MS Project Professional 2019. The theoretical part of the thesis is the basis for the following analytical part. Based on the findings, the practical part of the thesis develops the project proposal.
