Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití technických pomůcek při logopedické terapii u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část této práce je věnována charakteristice cévních mozkových příhod a poruchám v oblasti řečové komunikace vzniklým v důsledku prodělání tohoto akutního onemocnění. Nastíněny jsou zde také konkrétní technické pomůcky pro oblast logopedické péče. Empirická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření kvalitativního charakteru, ve kterém bylo užito případových studií. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaká technická pomůcka byla při terapii užita. Rovněž je v této části práce uvedeno, z jakého důvodu logoped konkrétní pomůcku zvolil, jak probíhalo její užití a také je zde popsán pacientův vztah k využití technické pomůcky při logopedické terapii. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of a stroke and other speech-related disorders caused as a result of this acute condition. Specific technical devices used in speech therapy are also outlined in this part. The empirical part contains a qualitative research where case studies are applied. The main goal was to identify which technical device was used during a therapy. Moreover, it is clarified why a particular device was chosen by the therapist, its use and further development during the therapy and the patient's relationship towards the technical device while undergoing speech therapy.
