Bakalářská práce na téma Práce s nadanými dětmi na 2. stupni ZŠ v Rakovníku má za cíl analyzovat celostátní a školní dokumenty týkající se vzdělávání nadaných a mimořádně nadaných dětí na druhém stupni základní školy v Rakovníku. Analýzou dokumentů bylo zjištěno, že školní dokumenty korespondují s doporučeními celostátních dokumentů. Současně je dílčím cílem práce v teoretické části popsat a identifikovat nadaného žáka včetně doporučení výběru a popisu vhodných výukových metod pro práci s nadaným dítětem. Metodou kvalitativního interview bylo terénním výzkumem mezi deseti pedagogy v empirické části zjištěno, že pedagogové zvolené základní školy dokáží definovat pojem nadaný žák a věří, že nadaného žáka dokáží identifikovat. Pedagogové také shodně uvedli, že si myslí, že vybraná škola dostatečně nepodporuje nadané žáky a nadaný žák nemá možnost v běžné třídě maximálně rozvíjet své schopnosti, dovednosti a jiné nadání. Respondenti rovněž uvedli, že nediferencují výukové metody během své výuky a setkávají se s jedním až dvěma mimořádně nadanými žáky během dvou let. The analysis of the documents revealed that the school documents correspond to the recommendations of the national documents. At the same time, the partial aim of the work in the theoretical part is to describe and identify the gifted pupil, including recommendations for the selection and description of suitable teaching methods for working with the gifted child. Using a method of qualitative interview, field research among ten teachers in the empirical part found that teachers of the selected primary school can define the concept of a gifted student and believe that they can identify a gifted student. The educators also agreed that they thought that the selected school did not sufficiently support gifted students and that the gifted student did not have the opportunity to develop their abilities, skills and other talents to the maximum in the regular classroom.
