1 Abstrakt Autor: Zuzana Charvátová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Wilsonovou chorobou Cíl: Cílem teoretické části práce je shrnutí aktuálních poznatků o Wilsonově chorobě a možnostech jejího ovlivnění z pohledu fyzioterapie. Cílem speciální části je popis fyzioterapeutické péče o konkrétního pacienta formou kazuistiky, která probíhala během mé bakalářské praxe v Rehabilitační nemocnici Beroun. Metody: Podklady pro teoretickou část byly získány rešeršním zpracováním dostupných českých i anglických monografií a článků ve vědeckých časopisech v tištěné i elektronické podobě. V péči o pacienta, popsané v praktické části, byly použity vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které jsou náplní bakalářského studia fyzioterapie na FTVS UK. Výsledky: Porovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního kineziologického vyšetření ukázalo, že fyzioterapeutická péče popsaná ve speciální části práce přispěla ke zlepšení stavu pacienta. Závěr: Stanovených cílů práce bylo dosaženo. Klíčová slova: Wilsonova choroba, poškození mozečku, ataxie, fyzioterapie 1 Abstract Author: Zuzana Charvátová Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with Wilson disease Objectives: Aim of the theoretical part is to summarize recent knowledge about the Wilson's disease and its possible physiotherapeutic impact. Aim of the practical part is to present the case study of the patient, who I met during my bachelor's practice in Rehabilitation Hospital of Beroun. Methods: Data for the theoretical part was obtained by systemic research of Czech and international bibliography available both in printed and electronic form. Presented case study was compiled using examining and therapeutic methods and techniques which are taught during the physiotherapy Bc. programme at FTVS UK. Results: Comparison of initial and final kinesiological examination revealed, that the physiotherapeutic treatment described in the practical part of the study contributed to the improvement of patient's condition.
