Tato exploratorní případová studie se zabývá výzkumem edukačního prostředí a školního klimatu vybrané waldorfské mateřské školy v Praze. Důraz výzkumu byl kladen na původní filosofická východiska Rudolfa Steinera, který danou pedagogiku na začátku 20. století založil. Cílem studie bylo podchytit specifické prostředí a určit způsob, jakým se v něm odráží Steinerovy výchovné principy. V rámci kvalitativního metodologického přístupu jsem využila osobní zkušenosti ze zkoumaného prostředí a probádané waldorfské teorie a teorie klimatu k sestavení komplexních dotazníků pro dvě skupiny respondentů: rodiče a učitelky. Dotazníky mi vytvořily šablony s dopředu připravenými základními kódy, které skrze odpovědi respondentů nabývaly zkoumaných charakteristik. Výstupem je definovaná základní hypotéza o fungování a působení prostředí a klimatu ve zkoumaném případě z pohledu dvou skupin respondentů. Výsledkem jsou zjištění, že školní klima působí silně a pozitivně a jeho všemi sdílenou charakteristikou je láskyplnost. Dále prostředí působí jak situačně (ve shodě s cíli edukace), tak formativně (latentně vychovává i rodiče). Uvedené jevy jsou důsledkem souhry všech zohledněných dimenzí a dílčích prvků (zahrada, estetizovaná výzdoba, přírodní vybavení, mezilidské vztahy, osobnosti učitelek, věkově smíšené třídy,... This exploratory case study is focused on the educational environment and the school climate in one particular Waldorf preschool in Prague. Emphasis of the research was oriented towards the original philosophical basis of Rudolf Steiner, who invented Waldorf education in the early 20th century. The goal of this study was to underpin the specific environment and point out the way, in which the principles of Steiner education are demonstrated in the environment. Within the qualitative research method I have created complex questionnaires for two groups of respondents: parents and teachers. In the creation of the questionnaires I have utilized my own experience form the environment and my knowledge of Waldorf theory and theory of climate. The questionnaires have created a template with predefined codes. After the respondents answered the questionnaires, the codes than got their unique characterizations. The output of this study is a defined elementary hypothesis about functioning and affecting of the environment and the climate from the viewpoint of the two groups of respondents.
