Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu komunikace a spolupráce mezi školou a rodinou na prvním stupni v programu Začít spolu. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem komunikace a pedagogická komunikace, jejich funkcím a ovlivňující faktorům. Práce popisuje program Začít spolu a jeho základní principy. Na základě toho je velká část práce věnována porovnávání forem komunikace a spolupráce v programu Začít spolu s běžným pojetím. Praktická část zkoumá osobní a elektronické typy komunikace a spolupráce s rodinou v praxi. Dále se výzkum zaměřuje na vliv pandemie Covid-19 na komunikaci a spolupráci mezi školou a rodinou. Výzkum práce spočívá na kvalitativní metodě bádání formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výsledky autorka srovnává a uzavírá ve shrnutí výsledků. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of communication and pedagogical communication, their functions and influencing factors. The thesis describes the program Step by step and its basic principles. Based on this, a large part of the work is devoted to comparing the forms of communication and cooperation in the program Start together with a common concept. The practical part examines personal and electronic types of communication and cooperation with the family in practice. Furthermore, the research focuses on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on communication and cooperation between schools and families. Cooperation between school and family. The research of the work is based on a qualitative method of research in the form of a questionnaire. The author compares the results and concludes her work with a discussion.
