Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou motivace a systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část práce se věnuje problematice motivace, odměňování a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Následuje analytická část, která probíhá formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci společnosti. Po vyhodnocení výsledků z rozhovorů jsou navržena opatření na změnu systému odměňování a tím i zvýšení spokojenosti pracovníků ve firmě. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the motivation and system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issues of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part follows, which takes place in the form of semi-structured interviews with the company's employees. After evaluating the results of the interviews, measures are proposed to change the remuneration system and thus increase employee satisfaction in the company.
