Název: Netradi ní prost edky pro ovlivn ní nadváhy a obezity (využití stroje Body -Space VacuTherm). Cíle: Cílem mé bakalá ské práce je zhodnotit, zda ch ze ve stroji Body - Space VacuTherm (dále jen VacuTherm) podporuje a urychluje redukci t lesného tuku a formování postavy, jak nám tvrdí reklamy na tento stroj. Na základ vlastních m ení klientek naši MS Clinic budu zkoumat úbytek t lesné hmotnosti, zejména pak t lesného tuku, úbytek centimetr u t ch oblastí, které jsou podtlaku vystaveny a zm ny t lesného složení. Porovnám výsledky klientek za azených do skupiny, které využívají k redukci t lesné hmotnosti jen lekce ve stroji VacuTherm, s klientkami druhé skupiny, které kombinují lekce ve stroji s jinou pohybovou aktivitou již delší dobu minimáln 2x týdn . Metody ešení: K získání výsledk d ležitých pro bakalá skou práci jsem si vybrala pouze metodu m ení. Pro zpracování dat je tato metoda nejp esn jší. Použila jsem dv formy m ení. S jednou variantou mi pomohl t lesný analyzátor Tanita BC-1000, který mi poskytl informace, jež zm it b žnými metodami nelze. Druhou variantou je b žn dostupný zp sob m ení obvodu sledovaných partií s p esností na jeden centimetr. V práci budu zkoumat soubor 20 žen, které prošly vstupní diagnostikou na t lesném analyzátoru, kde jim byla nam ena hodnota t lesného tuku,... Title: Innovativ ways to affect overweight and obesity (use of the machine Body - Space VacuTherm). Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate if walking on Vacutherme encourages and accelerate body fat loss and figure forming as advertisements claim. Based on my own measurements of the clients of our clinic MS Clinic in Slaný I will examine body weight loss, particularly body fat loss, decrease of centimeters of those areas that are exposed to vacuum and change in body composition. I compare the results of clients enrolled in group used to weight reduction only VacuTherm lesson in the machine, with clients of the second group, which combine lessons in the machine with another physical activity attending at least 2 times a week for longer period of time. Methods: To get results important for bachelor thesis I chose only measurement method. For data processing, this method is most accurate. I used two forms of measurement. With one presentation helped me body analyzer Tanita BC-1000, which provided me with information that can not be measured by conventional methods. The second option is a common way of measuring the circumference of lots tracked to within one centimeter.
