Název: Ekonomika HC ČSOB Pojišťovna Pardubice Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem je použití teorie strategického managementu na zvolený hokejový klub HC ČSOB Pojišťovna Pardubice, a navrhnout doporučení po sportovní, ekonomické a sociální stránce. Metody: Pro analyzování současné situace klubu bude použita případová studie, metoda analýzy dokumentů a polostrukturovaný rozhovor s vedením klubu. Dále pak použiji analýzu interních a externích faktorů sportovního klubu, kde je obsažena i analýzy PEST. Silné a slabé stránky klubu nám pak odhalí SWOT analýza. Výsledky: Návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení a zefektivnění aktivit ve sportovních, ekonomických a sociálních oblastech. Methods: To analyze the current situation of the club will be used case study method of analysis of documents and interviews with club management. Furthermore, the analysis will use internal and external factors sports club which also contains PEST analysis. The SWOT analysis will then reveal strengths and weaknesses of the club. Results: Proposals and recommendations for improvement and streamlining of activities in sports, economic and social areas.
