Hlavní myšlenkou diplomové práce je postihnout vliv institucionální péče, výchovy a vzdělávání na rozvoj dítěte raného věku. V teoretické části je charakterizováno dítě mladší tří let, rozvoj jeho osobnosti. Zvláštní pozornost je zaměřena na rozvoj komunikačních kompetencí a řečových dovedností dítěte raného věku, jsou vymezeny základní pojmy. V diplomové práci je zmapována situace institucionální péče, výchovy a vzdělávání pro děti raného věku v České republice i zahraničí, popsán historický vývoj i současný stav. Jsou předloženy výzkumy týkající se této problematiky a nastíněny budoucí tendence a vize v oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání dětí do tří let. Cílem výzkumného šetření je porovnat skupinu dětí zařazených do institucionálních zařízení pro děti raného věku se skupinou dětí vyrůstajících výhradně v rodinném prostředí a ověřit tak, zda pobyt dítěte raného věku v institucionálním zařízení pozitivně ovlivňuje jeho rozvoj v oblasti řeči a komunikace. The main idea of my thesis is to describe the influence of institutional care and education on the early development of a child. The theoretical part analyzes a child younger than three years, especially the child's personality development. Special attention is devoted to the development of communication and language skills of a child of this age, also the basic terms are defined there. The thesis observes the early age institutional care and education in the Czech Republic and abroad, describes its historical background and current situation. Related research studies and future trends and visions are also included. The aim of the research is to compare a group of children in early institutional care with a group of children growing exclusively in a family environment and check if the stay in the institutional care has positive effects on the development of communication skills.
